Every vote contributes to the success of the festival. If we didn't have voters, there'd be no festival! So we thank you for your expertise as an official judge! 

Every vote is an entry into a draw for a $100 gift card to Village Ice Cream as a thank-you for taking a minute to vote!  🙏  

You can vote each time you order a mac & cheese dish. Voting opens the first day of the festival and closes after the last day of the festival.  Votes are tallied and the winning restaurants are announced in early February.

YES! Kids can vote! This year we even added a "Best Mac & Cheese as Voted by Kids" award category! We'd love to hear what your kids think!

Voting opens the morning of the first day of the festival and closes the morning after the last day of the festival.

You betcha! Every festival attendee who makes an IG feed post (photo or reel) during the festival tagging us @yyc.macandcheesefest is entered to win a $100 flight voucher to the airline of their choice.  A random draw will be done after the festival's close.

Shortly after the festival closes. It takes a few days to analyze the data and notify the winners before we make a public announcement.  Follow @yyc.macandcheesefest to be the first to find out! 

Me too! 😄 Following the announcement of the winners you are encouraged to try their award winning dish post-festival. 🏆 It is up to the individual restaurants how long they decide to keep that specific Mac & Cheese dish on their menu. Some may offer it year round others may only offer it for a limited time.
